Paul and his wife moved to Phoenix in 1985 and settled in Tempe. Upon arriving, he started his real estate career with Coldwell Banker and moved on to Realty Executives in 1987. He also worked as a residential loan officer for Coldwell Banker Mortgage, later known as Sears Mortgage.
In 1989, with two small daughters, Paul decided to return to the occupational safety profession, going to work for the City of Phoenix. In the ensuing years , he also was the Employee Safety Manager for the City of Glendale and a Risk Control Manager with CNA Insurance.
In 2005, with both daughters going off to college, he decided to go back into residential real estate, which he throughly enjoys. Paul lives in Chandler with his wife, Leslie, of 25 years, his two daughters, three cats and his trusted golden retriever, Cooper.
